1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B is a person operating a hospital specializing in the elderly medical treatment and rehabilitation treatment (hereinafter “instant convalescent hospital”), and the Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a company engaging in fee job placement services.

B. On December 31, 2016, the deceased E (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) is a male who is aF student and was under care at the G Care Center. Around 15:00 on December 31, 2016, the deceased was hospitalized in the G Care Center in the hospital for the instant case due to the 3rd Galsis, Albuses-based dementia, alz-based dementia accompanied by a merger certificate, etc.

In the above hospitalization, the Deceased, on his own hand, signed a hospitalization pledge stating, “I swear that I will not take responsibility on the side of the hospital with respect to an abortion-related accident that occurs on their own without complying with the instructions of the hospital, and I will not take responsibility on the side of the hospital,” which states, “I have given sufficient explanation about the risk of an abortion-related accident in connection with the joint nursing during the period of hospitalization.”

In addition, at the time of hospitalization, the Deceased entered into a joint nursing service contract with the KJ, which was introduced by the I Association, with the following terms, and the said sick room was operated as a joint nursing service method for one six-person nursing room to care for six patients and to receive nursing expenses from each patient.

-for a common nursing disease, one day is to be extended automatically in the absence of a special notice and the contractual relationship is succeeded in the event of changes to the nurse;

- The nursing staff shall provide joint nursing service and perform the requirements of patients, their guardians, and medical staff for the patient's safety.

- The nursing service provider shall comply with the advice of nurses and medical professionals related to the nursing, shall attend a patient to the end, and shall make every effort to attend the patient's nursing service, such as not divulging confidential information, credit information, etc. of the patient.
