However, at the time of fact, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell the above aide.

The Defendant posted a false article as above and received KRW 133,00 from the Daegu bank account in the name of the Defendant for the purpose of selling humds from the victim L, as well as remitting KRW 133,00 to the Daegu bank account in the name of the Defendant.
