A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who runs a construction trade business.

A victim C is the head of the Evalescent Hospital located in Busan District, and is the owner of the above hospital.

On January 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased all equipment, such as the site, building, and medical equipment, equipment, etc. within the pertinent hospital from the victim C, who is the principal and owner of the E convalescent hospital located in Busan-gun, Busan-gun; (b) purchased all equipment, etc. within the said hospital at 8.5 billion won; and (c) succeeded to the obligation of the victim by March 31, 2015

1. From August 26, 2015 to August 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) voluntarily terminated the sales contract at the above hospital around June 2015; and (b) obstructed the victim’s remodelling construction work and the business of the victim’s three-story dental hospital of the FF’s three-story dental hospital in front of the building and the building, stating that “this building is the right holder, and the person who takes losses on this building is liable for civil and criminal liability,” and attached 20 boxes of paper A4, stating that “The person who takes losses on this building is the right holder, shall be held liable for civil and criminal liability; and (c) prevents the victim from using the separate entrance of the second floor, which connects the separate entrance to the outside and the main entrance, by force; (d) interfere with the victim’s remodelling construction work and the business of the three-story dental hospital of the F.

2. From September 9, 2015 to September 10, 2015, the hospital interfered with the victim’s remodelling work and the business of the three-story dental hospital by force by way of obstructing the victim from using the separate entrance door of the second floor connecting the outer entrance and the separate entrance by the same method.
