A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on August 3, 2015, at around 22:00, the victim D in the sixth floor of the Busan Seo-gu C Building working for the prime department as the employee of the E Hospital; (b) opened the entrance door of the said hospital where the security guards on the first floor of the said building, who was in the said building, did not correct the going up to the sixth floor from the other elevator to the other six floors; and (c) intruded into the door, and stolen the cash owned by the victim D, which was located in the west.
2. 4. 5. On December 12, 2015, at around 05:00, the Defendant cut off the warning system distribution line installed on the wall surface of the entrance and intruded into the said line with the front door door used by the Victim P, which was operated by the Victim P, located in P, Busan P, and located in the “ Qgu.”
