Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A from September 30, 2015 to April 30, 2015, a proprietor operating a game room without any trade name on the fourth floor of the building located in Cheongju-si, and Defendant B from October 1, 2015 to Defendant C, D, and H are employees who cleaning in the above game room from October 2, 2015 to Defendant C, D, and H.

No one shall provide game products for distribution or use, display or keep, which have not been rated by the Game Rating Board, or exchange, exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase the results of tangible or intangible obtained through the use of the game products, or conduct any speculative business using slot machines or speculative gaming machines other than the speculative business.
