1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, KRW 1,245,003 against the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff shall be fully paid with regard thereto from March 15, 201.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 1, 2008, the Plaintiff entered the Defendant company operating bus passenger vehicle business, etc., and resided in the Defendant’s office. On April 2, 2013, the Defendant withdrawn his claim on the existing working hours from the preparatory document as of April 2, 2013, and changed his claim that the Plaintiff had worked for 19.5 hours a day.
They work every other day and take charge of the dispatch of vehicles.

B. On January 1, 2008, July 21, 2009, August 3, 2010, and September 1, 2010, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded each annual salary contract (hereinafter “instant employment contract”) with each of the following major contents. However, the contract period, total annual salary, monthly payment, etc. were changed several times.
1. The service place shall be the ending point of a company, the route of operation, and all sections required for the duties of the company;
2. The working hours shall be forty hours a week and may be eight hours a week;
3. The wage system shall be an annual salary system, and the employer shall pay workers in equal installments once and twelve per month.
4. The total annual salary of a worker shall include basic wages, overtime work allowances, night work allowances, holiday work allowances, weekly leave allowances, seven major holiday allowances, continuous service allowances, summer leave allowances, bonus and all legal allowances specified in the Labor Standards Act, collective agreements and wage agreements;
