1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 9,335,898 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 15, 2011 to the day of complete payment.

On January 1, 2008, the Plaintiff joined the Defendant company that is engaged in bus passenger vehicle business, etc., and retired on February 28, 2011.

The Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into an annual salary contract (work) as of January 1, 2008, July 21, 2009, August 3, 2010, and September 1, 2010 (hereinafter “instant employment contract”) and its main contents are as follows: Provided, That the period of annual salary (work) contract, total annual salary amount, monthly payment, etc. were modified as follows on several occasions:
