Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 8, 2019, the Defendant called from the window B of Changwon-si to the Gyeongnam Police Agency 112 general situation room in front of the shopping mall. The Defendant reported that a neighboring male, who administered narcotics, forced a neighboring female to drink and sexual assault against a neighboring female, did not have administered narcotics or sexual assault against a female at his/her place of residence, and reported that a neighboring male, who administered narcotics, was forced to drink and sexual assault against a neighboring female, and immediately thereafter reported the same content to the celebite belt of the police station located in 261-gil 16-19.

As a result, the Defendant reported the criminal facts that did not exist to the public official fraudulently.
