Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act;

A. On December 20, 2019, at around 22:15, the Defendant reported a false report to police officials of the crime that did not report to the 112 comprehensive situation room without any justifiable ground, by communicating the Defendant’s cell phone from the Defendant’s residence located in the building B of the Gyeonggi-si Building C, to the 112 comprehensive situation room.

B. On December 21, 2019, around 01:54, the Defendant filed a false report on a crime that did not report “boron the house” with the same method and without any grounds at the same place as indicated in the above “A.” to the police officials.

2. Special obstruction of performance of official duties: around 02:05 on December 21, 2019, the Defendant “1. A”

’항 기재 장소에서 위 ‘1. 나.’항 기재 112 신고를 받고 출동한 경기부천소사경찰서 D지구대 소속 경장 E, 순경 F가 현장에 출동하여 신고 경위를 확인하려고 하자, “그냥 가!” 라고 소리치면서 위험한 물건인 쇠 막대기(길이 40cm)를 수차례 휘두르며 위 E의 왼쪽 팔 부분을 1회 내리 쳐 폭행하고, 이어서 발로 위 F의 가슴부위를 1회 걷어 찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers such as handling reports 112.
