Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the president of the G Association.

A housing redevelopment project partnership shall go through a resolution of the general meeting comprised of its members to conclude a contract to become a partner other than the matters prescribed in the budget.

On February 24, 2009, the Defendant entered into a geological survey service contract with I and I in the name of the association without a resolution of the general meeting of the association members, which is 7,887,000, in the name of the association members, and entered into on July 19, 2012, a service contract that will become a burden on the union members other than the matters set forth in the budget without a resolution of the general meeting of the association members throughout 16 times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
