A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2, 2018, the Defendant divorced by agreement with his spouse B.

On March 8, 2019, at around 21:00, the Defendant started with B, who was hospitalized in D Hospital located in Mapopo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, with a view to arbitrarily reporting marriage to receive the inheritance of the property under B’s name.

On March 12, 2019, the Defendant forged private documents and display private investigation documents: (a) indicated “B” in the “E” column, “F” in the resident registration number column, and “F” in the address column in the form of the marriage registration statement at the luminous viewing civil service center; and (b) stamped B’s name and seal attached to the name of the Defendant on the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a copy of a private document B, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and used it by giving it to the public official in charge of broad-name viewing as if it was a document duly formed.

2. The Defendant made a false report to a public official in charge of broad-name viewing by submitting a marriage report, as described in paragraph (1), at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and at the same time and place specified in paragraph (1), and at the same time and place specified in paragraph (1), the Defendant exercised the right to file a false report to enter any false fact in the family relation registration information system, which is the same public electronic record as the original of a notarial deed, and had him/her keep computerized data on the family relation register between the Defendant and B in which such false fact was stated.
