1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

1. The Plaintiff, which caused the Plaintiff’s claim, has participated in the Daejeon International and other Scood International Scoo over 3 and 4 years ago, hosted by the Defendant.

The Plaintiff was trying to participate in the 8th international or other bean (hereinafter “instant Games”) among the Daejeon International and Scaves, which was held in 2016, but it was limited from 13 years to 35 years of age, due to the change in the 8th international or other bean (hereinafter “instant Games”). However, the Plaintiff was unable to participate in the instant Games by limiting the participation age from 13 to 35 years.

As above, the Defendant violated Article 4 of the Arts and Welfare Act that requires the preparation of policies for artists without age discrimination. ② The Defendant trusted that it would be able to participate in the instant competition by establishing a new age limit provision for the 7th international and other countries of the Republic of Korea, thereby infringing the Plaintiff’s trust interest, thereby violating the good faith principle, and thus constitutes a tort under Article 750 of the Civil Act.

Due to the above defendant's tort, the plaintiff suffered from property damage equivalent to accommodation and transportation expenses incurred in participating in international and other beesa, and suffered from mental damage due to the failure to participate in the present competition.

Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay the plaintiff 5,000,000 won as damages and damages for delay.

2. Judgment on the ground of the Plaintiff’s claim
