A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 5628"

1. Intrusion on a structure, theft;

A. On November 1, 2017, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim D’s D operation E in Gwangju Seo-gu through the entrance open between the victim’s locking place; (b) opened a simplified credit cooperative on that place and stolen KRW 9,000 in cash by opening it.

B. On November 5, 2017, around 13:00, the Defendant intruded into the above victim E with the entrance door opened between the locking place, and cut off 10,000 won in cash by opening a simplified credit cooperative on the seat of the Kabter.

As a result, the Defendant intruded another person's building twice and stolen 19,000 won in cash.

2. On November 8, 2017, from around 02:19 to around 04:34 of the same day, the Defendant stolen another’s property over eight occasions, as shown in the annexed Table 1 sheet from the time to December 4, 2017, by entering the victim G Mart in Seo-gu, Gwangju, by means of any cresh in the outside cresh, and upon intrusion into Maart, from the small credit cooperative in the calculating unit, approximately KRW 500,000 won was stolen.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property equivalent to the market price of 1,317,600 won by impairing a structure at night over eight times.

3. On November 27, 2017, the Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, purchased tobacco equivalent to KRW 4,500 at the convenience store in the operation of the victimJ located in Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and used the stolen victim DNA card as shown in the list 1.3 times in crime sight, and received goods, such as tobacco, using the stolen victim DNA card from November 27, 2017 until November 27, 2017, as shown in the list 2 of crime sight.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired another person's property in the market price of 72,700 won through a stolen credit card.
