Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are not authorized to handle the psychotropic drugs, so they cannot handle the psychotropic drugs, such as a single-name clopon (hereinafter referred to as “copon”).
The Defendants made a total of 300,000 won within 1.50,000 won, and 2.50,000 won, purchased phiphones, and conspired to use 50,000 won for the telephones.
1. On May 27, 2018, the Defendants purchased Handphones from May 27, 2018 to the post office account (E) in the name of D designated by C around 17:27, 2018. On May 25, 2018, Defendant B, within the G Bank parking lot located in Macheon-si F around May 27, 2018, was taking a hick-top driver’s seat on his own, and Defendant A was 0.4g from C to take a hick-top driver’s seat.
2. On March 1, 2019, the Defendants purchased and administered phiphones: (a) around 02:00 on March 1, 2019, to K (L) on the street in the vicinity of “J” located in “J” I; (b) 250,000 won of phiphones; and (c) 0.4g of phiphones in the part of a single-use injection device; (d) around 02:40 on the same day, at the above J’s nearby “J” divided the said phiphones by 0.2g; and (e) 0.1g of phiphones were inserted into a single-use injection device; and (e) administered them by means of injection into each part of their arms.
3. On March 10, 2019, on March 11, 2019, the Defendants: (a) purchased phiphones; (b) inserted 0.1g of phiphones in front of the G bank located in Spocheon City F on March 10, 2019; (c) 2.50,000 won of phiphones to K; and (d) 0.4g of phiphones located in a single-use injection machine; and (c) took the phiphones in around March 11, 2019 divided the 0.2g of the phiphones into around 03:30,000; and (d) added 0.1g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine; and (e) injected them by means of dilution with dilution, each of them was administered.
4. On March 20, 2019, the Defendants to purchase and administer phiphones give 2.50,000 won of phiphones to K in the street near the J in the Gui-si I at around 16:30 on March 20, 2019.
