Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who actually operates a job placement center with the trade name “C” on the level B and C in Bupyeong-si.

A person who has registered a fee-charging job placement service shall not allow any other person to provide the job placement service using his/her name or trade name, nor lend his/her registration certificate to any other person, and shall not be the other party.

1. Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the above “C” office around January 15, 2017, reported job-seeking advertisements with the content of “social workers” in his/her living information site and provided communication to D, who had registered a job placement office in the name of his/her life and provided all services to him/her with KRW 50,000 per month.

“The job placement service was rendered using the name of the person who registered the fee job placement service from May 29, 2017, such as operating a fee job placement service under D’s name after registering the job placement service under D’s name.

2. On June 12, 2017, the Defendant reported Internet job placement advertisements at the above place, and reported Internet job placement advertisements to E, “on the first place of business where a paid job placement office is leased, and if the business is operated later, it will be operated together in the form of the same business if it is operated later.” The Defendant registered a paid job placement office with E, and then used the name of the person who registered a fee job placement business, such as operating a paid job placement office registered under the name of E from the date to July 12, 2017.
