Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On April 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for an attempted special larceny at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 3, 2018.

[2019 Highest 8291] Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated the psychotropic drugs, as follows: (a) Meblopon (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

1. On August 22, 2019, the Defendant, on the part of the Defendant’s residence, injected phiphones into a single-use injection machine in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City building C, which is the Defendant’s residence, and dilution with water, and administered phiphones by means of injection to the Defendant’s arms blood cells.

2. On August 26, 2019, the Defendant administered clopon copon copon in the said Defendant’s residence by the said method.

[2019 Highest 8595] Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant, from around 01:00 on December 15, 2019 to around 02:00, administered 0.07 gopon in a single-use injection instrument between 0.07 and 02:00, by means of inserting it into a single-use injection instrument.
