1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 800,000 to Plaintiff A, KRW 1,391,850 to Plaintiff B, and KRW 200,000 to Plaintiff C.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. O, P, Q, R, L, T, U,V, W, X, and Y (hereinafter “instant perpetrators”) jointly suffered injury (hereinafter “instant injury”) that requires two weeks’ medical treatment, such as Goacheon-gu, Seoul, on October 19, 2013, due to the Plaintiff’s sexual assault against O’s female-child at parks located in AA, and at a park located in AB and at AB’s playgrounds, from October 19, 2013 to 20:50.

B. The instant offenders are all minors; Defendant D’s mother; Defendant A’s father; Defendant B’s father; Defendant R R’s father; Defendant H’s father; Defendant J’s mother; Defendant J’s father; Defendant K’s mother; Defendant K’s mother; Defendant K’s mother; Defendant X’s mother; Defendant X’s mother; and Defendant N’s mother; and Defendant N.

C. Plaintiff A is a minor, and Plaintiff B is the father of Plaintiff A, and Plaintiff C is the mother of Plaintiff A.

According to the facts of recognition as above, the Defendants neglected to exercise their duty of care to protect and supervise the Plaintiff so that the perpetrator of this case does not exercise violence against the Plaintiff, and thereby the perpetrator of this case suffered injury by assaulting the Plaintiff A. As such, the Defendants are liable for compensating the Plaintiffs as joint tortfeasor.

3. Scope of damages.

A. The consolation money for the plaintiff A shall be KRW 800,000, taking into consideration all the circumstances indicated in the records of this case, such as the plaintiff's damage murder case, Gap's statements or images of Gap's 2 through 6 (including paper numbers), and the overall purport of the pleadings, the age of the plaintiff A, the age of the perpetrator of this case, the age of the perpetrator of this case, the circumstances in which the perpetrator of this case abused the plaintiff A, and the injury injury part and degree of the plaintiff A.
