Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant repeated the victim B with the South and North Korea several times on around 2014 only on conditions of around 2014, and is living together with the victim again on December 2015.

1. On December 9, 2015, the Defendant, along with the victim around 00:0 on December 9, 2015, took advantage of the gap in the victim’s diving C 501, and carried out one copy of the modern card owned by the victim and one copy of the single bank card (E).

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen another’s property by the foregoing method.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in larceny and credit finance;

A. B. On December 9, 2015, from around 01:10 to around 01:19 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) obtained a loan of KRW 2 million to a “cash service”; (b) obtained a total of seven times, by inserting the modern card (D) owned by the damaged person, as described in paragraph (1), into the said cash withdrawal machine managed by the NFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF, and obtained a loan of KRW 2 million from the said person to the “cash service”.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property and used the stolen card.
