A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 30, 201, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million to a fine of KRW 1,00,000 as an offense of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Jeonju District Court’s Gunsan Branch on May 30, 201, and the summary order of KRW 5,00,000 as an offense of violating the Road Traffic Act in the same court on December 17, 201.

On September 23, 2015, around 03:50, the Defendant driven a DNA set-in car without a driver’s license in a state of 0.107% alcohol concentration in blood from the section of approximately 500 meters from the front of the apartment house of the Kook-dong, Busan Metropolitan City to the front of the C in the same city located in the same city.

2. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. On September 23, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime on the roads in front of Si/Gunsan City B around September 23, 2015, which were controlled by committing the crimes specified in paragraph (1) above, and was traveling to his/her usual meeting upon receiving a request for personal information from the police officer assigned to the military police station E box belonging to the military police station E box.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a copy of the statement report on the situation of the driver in the name of G, which is a private document concerning the proof of facts, and used the falsified statement report on the driver in the above state.

B. On September 25, 2015, the Defendant, who committed the crime of September 25, 2015, prepared a written request for transfer using the pen on a paper paper around 13:50 on September 25, 2015, and it is difficult to undergo an investigation by getting off the pen for reasons of being in progress.
