Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

On November 17, 2014, at around 09:40, the Defendant made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by attaching the Defendant’s name tag in the front of the Bone Star vehicle run by himself/herself in order to avoid the crackdown on the road located in the Busan Jin-dong.
