A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle B K5 vehicle.

On July 31, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car on July 04:45, 2014, and continued the front road of the Ycheon-gun, Yancheon-gun, Yancheon-ro three-ro, Yacheon-gun, Yacheon-gun, Yacheon-do, to the front side of the Yacheon-gun, Yacheon-do.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) without obtaining a driver’s license at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.132% in the blood alcohol concentration.
