Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle C in accordance with the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).
On August 6, 2017, around 09:07, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.298% in the blood, while driving the said car at a three-lane speed in the direction of the Stickland in the direction of the North Gwangju metropolitan ICT, around 09:07.
Since there is a crosssection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to reduce speed to persons engaged in driving motor vehicles and to prevent accidents by proceeding well with other vehicles' attitudes in the signal lights and the transmission side, and to prevent accidents.
Nevertheless, while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to perform his duty on the front side while neglecting his duty on the front side, and was negligent in driving the victim D(56 tax) waiting in the signal signal at the front side without reducing speed, and received the front part of the car driving by the Defendant.

2. On the day specified in paragraph 1, the Defendant driven the said COop vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.298% from the 7.2km section from the blood alcohol level to the place of the accident described in paragraph 1, which is from the 60 km-ro 106-gil, the upper center of the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City.
