The defendant is a driver of B observer car.

On October 12, 2015, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.105% among the blood transfusion around 02:18, the Defendant driven the said vehicle up to approximately 10 KK in front of the yacht stadium located in the Southern-gu Busan High-dong, Busan High-speed Tourism.
