If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From January 29, 2014 to February 28, 2016, without permission from the head of the Busan Sports Facilities Management Office, the Defendant mooring B (three-day yacht) owned by himself at the 84 Busan Shipping Daegu Maritime Transportation Daegu Maritime Authority, and illegally used the public property of the Busan Metropolitan City without permission.
