Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment for 8 months and by a fine of 5 million won, and by a fine of 3 million won, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Experience] Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months in the Seoul Central District Court on February 7, 2017 for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Including Intermediating, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 15 of the same month, and the said suspended sentence became final and conclusive on April 24, 2017, and is currently pending in the trial.

[2] Defendant A, on March 2017, leased Nos. 1102 and 1406 of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Officetel 1102 and 1406, is a business owner who employs female workers E and engages in sexual traffic business against many and unspecified men who find it by advertising sites for Internet prostitution business places by advertising “G”. Defendant B is a business owner who engages in sexual traffic business against an unspecified number of men who find it. Defendant B is the head of the office in charge of receipt of pre-contracts by male and female buyers and management of sexual traffic women from March 2017.

The Defendants received 140,00 won to 150,000 won from 6 male and female members, each of whom was unable to identify the names of the above officetels from April 3, 2017 to June of the same month, and had the above E perform sexual intercourse.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
