A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around January 14, 2020, the Defendant: (a) carried out a dangerous object (30cc, length, 21cc, length of knife) which was put into the back part of the knife and knife and knife and knife the victim’s knife at the instant singing room operated by the Gyeonggi-si Group B (hereinafter “Woo, 59 years old”); and (b) threatened the victim with the victim’s life and body.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. On January 14, 2020, the Defendant: (a) threatened the said victim in knife at the instant singing room on the same day; (b) however, the victim tightly knife and resistanceed the Defendant’s body; (c) obstructed the victim by hand; (d) obstructed the victim’s body; and (e) removed fire extinguishers (packer 12cm, height 45cm, weight 3.3km), which is a dangerous object located therein, was set up one time the head of the victim’s body.

As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous things with the victim and inflicted injury on sugars, etc. with no one in which there is no one in which treatment is required for about two weeks.
