1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person, other than an entrusted business entity, who violates the Promotion of National Sports Act or a national sports promotion corporation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to those who win the results of the promotion of sports or the issuance of things similar thereto;
