A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than an entrusted business entity or the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who win the result by issuing voting rights for sports promotion or things similar thereto.

C, D, E, etc. established and operated an illegal sports soil site for profit-making in 2010 and planned to commit a crime of receiving money from many unspecified people and creating profits.

C, D, E, etc. operated an illegal sports soil site in the name of "G" in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City from around 2010 to around 2011, and operated the site by changing the name of "H" with the domestic public relations team at around February 201, 201, when the control was serious, and the domestic public relations team at around February 201, when the operation team was moved to China's office, and then the site name was changed to "H." E was the opening of a site in a foreign country, the server and site management, the management of the entry and departure domain account and the white account management, and the opening of a broadcasting site for sports discussions. D was the initial opening of a domain account and fund management in Korea.
