Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of a wing and cargo vehicle B.

On October 19, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 17:10 on October 19, 2015, and proceeded with the front road in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City as a children's large-scale park in the Gun area.

Since the right side of the place is an intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to safely drive a motor vehicle in accordance with the traffic signals, such as reducing speed and checking whether there is a motor vehicle traveling along the intersection by checking well the right side and the right side of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and received the back portion of the victim D(36)’s right side of the rocketing car, which was left left to the left from the face of the house, due to the occupational negligence during the course, in contravention of the signal, while the Defendant was sent a stop signal for the vehicle, at the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment due to such occupational negligence.
