Punishment of the crime

On June 1, 2016, at around 20:40, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim F (the name, the age of 43) who was travelling along with the husband E in front of the ‘D cafeteria' in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, by using the victim's right side gate and the right side gate.
