Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2013, at around 23:02, the Defendant driven a B EFbea car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.128% from the 1km section of the same water vibration to the front of the same water vibration 4509, from the short distance near the Maba-dong located in the Maba-dong, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.
