A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Power of crime] On August 27, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million on the ground of the violation of the Road Traffic Act by violating the Road Traffic Act (driving Driving without Permission) and the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents on Road Traffic, which is a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On August 4, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and the Road Traffic Act (drinking without a license) by driving a motor device at least twice in the section of approximately 2 km and over 50cc without registration from the section of the Road Traffic Act to the front of the “C” located in Jeju-si, the center of Jeju-si, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.195% under the influence of alcohol level of 0.195%, without obtaining a license for a motor device bicycle at around 21:40 on August 4, 2020.

2. No owner of any motor vehicle violating the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

On August 4, 2020, the Defendant owned a two-wheeled 50cc or less without registration, and operated the above Oral Ba on the road, which was not covered by mandatory insurance in approximately 2 km section from around the “C” road located in Jeju City, from around the center of Jeju-si, Jeju-ro 2 (C Do 33) to the front of the “C” road located in Jeju-si.
