A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant asserted that he suffered damage from a small-scale factory and construction site in the vicinity of the defendant's residence in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and repeatedly filed a civil petition with the competent authority, and kept the defendant's light flag and track on the only access road entering the factory and construction site, thereby continuously obstructing the operation and construction of the factory by continuously doing so.
1. From March 201 to July 2012, the Defendant was unable to repeatedly install the Defendant’s horse or track on the front side of Busan Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, or the Defendant was unable to drive a vehicle to enter a “F” factory operated by the victim E due to the dracker, and the victim requesting the movement of a horse, etc. around March 201, called “I would go through the horse, I would go through the horse,” and around that time, at the above F factory, “I would continue to file a civil petition without giving money to the victim, and would interfere with the operation of the factory by continuously preventing the entry of the vehicle and filing a civil petition.”
As such, the Defendant was transferred to the Defendant’s post office account (Account Number: G) of KRW 200,000 on July 28, 2012, KRW 500,000 on October 10, 2012, and KRW 300,000 on November 4, 2012.
2. Attempted crimes;
A.
