Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Since February 20, 2014, from around January 22, 2014, Llering Group, sold aggregate from the process of the Nakdongdong river scopic business to transportation business entities, it restricted the supply of aggregate to other local transportation business entities at least twice a week by publicly announcing a plan for restricting the supply of aggregate to other local transportation business entity (e.g., e., g., e., g., e., e., g., e., e., g., e., e., e., e., g., e., e., e

1. In collusion with C on February 21, 2014, from around 08:25 to around 09:50, the Defendant and C set up a h 24 tons dump truck on the access road entered into the Vice General of Aggregate in order to comply with the aforementioned supply restriction plan at the Flue Office of G Aggregate Group E located in G Aggregate, and C was unable to enter 34 dump truck, such as the victim J, who intend to enter the Vice General of Aggregate in order to install and transport aggregate after the Defendant’s vehicle, with 124 tons of dump truck.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C to interfere with the victims' aggregate transportation services by force.

2. On March 4, 2014, from around 08:20 to around 17:00, the Defendant conspired with C and D to set up 34 dump trucks, D’s Kump trucks, and C’s L dump trucks on the right side of the aggregate in collusion with C and D, thereby preventing the Defendant from entering the 34 dump trucks, such as the victim J, who intends to enter the said place.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C and D to interfere with the victims' aggregate transportation services by force.
