The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. According to the records in this case, the defendant did not submit the appellate brief within the lawful period for submission of the notification of the receipt of the trial records by public notice on May 31, 2019, and the petition of appeal does not contain any indication of the grounds for appeal, and even after examining the records, there is no ground for reversal of the judgment below after investigating ex officio.

2. Accordingly, the defendant's appeal shall be dismissed by ruling pursuant to Article 361-4 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, or the defendant's appeal shall be dismissed by judgment as long as it has undergone pleadings. It is so decided as per Disposition
