The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. According to the records in this case, the defendant did not submit the appellate brief within 20 days from the due date for submitting the appellate brief even when he was served with the notification of the receipt of the trial records by public notice by the court on April 16, 2019, and the petition of appeal does not contain the grounds for appeal, and even after examining the records, there is no reason to reverse the judgment of the court after ex officio investigation.

2. Accordingly, the defendant's appeal shall be dismissed by ruling pursuant to Article 361-4 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, or the defendant's appeal shall be dismissed by judgment as long as it has undergone pleadings. It is so decided as per Disposition
