Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 22, 2018, the Defendant stated that “Around March 22, 2018, the Defendant would receive construction expenses from the owner of the building upon completion of the construction work,” by telephone, that “A person with a water control function installed at a place where the border border border border border border border border border border border border border border border is unknown.”

However, due to bad credit standing, the Defendant received construction costs from the owner of the above building and thought to use the interest on the loan and personal living expenses, and did not have the intent and ability to pay the construction cost to the victim.

As such, the Defendant deceivings the victim as such, and caused the victim to be affiliated therewith, from March 29, 2018 to the same year.

4. Until February 2, 200, the construction cost was approximately KRW 7,650,000 by allowing the performance of waterproof construction works on the above building.

Around April 28, 2018, the Defendant, at a place where it cannot be known on or around April 28, 2018, said that “The Defendant would receive the payment from the victim as the end of the construction work on the face of the harmful view of the studio waterproof Construction Work in the Gyeongsan-si in the Gyeongbuk-si in the Gyeongbuk-si.”

However, due to bad credit standing, the Defendant received construction costs from the owner of the above building and thought to use the interest on the loan and personal living expenses, and did not have the intent and ability to pay the construction cost to the victim.

As such, the Defendant deceivings the victim as such and caused the victim to be affiliated therewith from May 1, 2018 to the same year.

5. Until August 8, 200, by allowing the performance of waterproof construction works on the above building, the construction cost was approximately KRW 4,800,000.
