Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2016, the Defendant is obliged to install a panel of commercial outer walls in Busan-gu C, and the victim B is obliged to install a panel of commercial outer walls in Busan-gu.

The head of the accusation and the written contract for confirmation of the vehicles for filing a complaint [the defendant alleged that he/she had no criminal intent to commit fraud because he/she paid the user fee for the equipment to the victim while requesting the continuous filing of a complaint and paying the user fee for the equipment in the local area was unable to normally pay it. However, the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by this court are as follows: the defendant did not have any transaction with the victim before the instant case; the defendant first requested the victim to perform the instant work; the defendant did not pay all the user fee of the instant equipment to the victim even if he/she received the payment for the instant work from the owner of the building, and was arrested on February 23, 2018 with the warrant of arrest on September 5, 2017, and the user fee of the instant equipment was relatively small, but the instant equipment was relatively small.
