1. Defendant A is the representative director of Company B, who carries on plastic product manufacturing business in Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, and is a person in charge of safety and health management for his employees.

A. On September 29, 2017, the Defendant violated the Industrial Safety and Health Act relating to the death of D workers ordered D (55 years of age) to manage the production of B’s factory consent, and to maintain and repair related facilities, and D, while performing the above production management and maintenance and repair work, around September 17:40, 2017, the Defendant arranged lighting cable at a height of about four meters using a bridge in the above factory B.
