1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 99,060,400 won and 20% per annum from September 23, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

Judgment with no applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act (Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: Provided, That the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings are amended by 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, and such provisions shall apply thereto);
