[Criminal facts]

1. On September 11, 2012, the Defendant, at around 13:00, opened a entrance at the Busan Metropolitan City Council C, located in 1001, as the center of the Busan Metropolitan City’s annual system, and invaded the entrance, and stolen the cash amounting to 490,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim D, from the wall located on the office’s book.

On November 28, 2012, around 12:10 on November 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the entrance at the office of the 3rd floor E in the Young-do Office located in the Young-do Office in the Young-do Office in Busan, Young-do; (b) carried 100,000 won in cash, the victim F, from the handbag that was located in the lower half

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the above victims, and stolen the victims' articles habitually.
