Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who is working as the president of the "D Child Care Center" in Daegu-gun Group C and is in charge of the above child care center, provides guidance and supervision to the employees, and Defendant B is a person who is working as the head of the above child care center and performs the duties of managing the above child care center with Defendant A and the above child care center while working as the head of the above child care center.

No person shall receive a subsidy or appropriate a subsidy by fraud or other improper means.
