A A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,00, each of the fines of KRW 300,000,000, Defendant B, C, D, E, F, and G.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall hold any outdoor assembly or stage any demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary of each court.

1. Defendant A stated in the facts charged from around 09:35 to 11:00 on October 24, 2013 that “from around 09:35 to 11:35,” but the same shall be amended accordingly.

The facts charged against Defendant B, C, D, E, F, and G in front of the Daejeon District Court of the Daejeon District Court located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon indicated that “the above national metal labor union members with the head of the organization of the defendant is the chief of the department,” but such revision is made accordingly.
