A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Meteptopy (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On March 29, 2017, at around 20:00, the Defendant purchased KRW 200,000 in cash from a person without a name (hereinafter referred to as “D”) at a residential area located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and C, and the Defendant purchased KRW 0.4g of philophones.

B. On March 31, 2017, around 23:00, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won in cash from the Plaintiff to the Defendant, who was in the vicinity of Guro-gu Seoul E Station (hereinafter “D”), with the delivery of approximately 0.4g of philophones.

On April 2, 2017, the Defendant, through F, decided to purchase a philopon from the seller of a philopon. On April 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased part of KRW 50,000 among KRW 20,000 (1.50,000,000 at the later payment) from F in front of the police box located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, which was issued by F from the seller of a philopon; and (b) purchased 0.4g of a philopon that F was sought from the seller of a philopon.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On March 29, 2017, at around 01:00, the Defendant d’s residence, “No. 1-A,” d’, and d’ in the same paragraph, d’s name-free women (one name “D”) and two women (one name “J”) indicated in the same paragraph d’, put up approximately 0.2g g of the phiphone-phone on the back, and d’s bottom d’s back on the back, she d’s back and d’s back by using the smoking equipment that was made by linking the d’s rapid transit of plastics.
