Defendant
A Imprisonment with prison labor of two and half years, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor of ten months.
However, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant B is a person who is engaged in driving of a cargo vehicle E in sealed franchising.
On December 16, 2015, around 07:25, the Defendant proceeded along a two-lane road in front of the “gold Lighting Union” located in the 5992-lane of the Sin Dong-Eup, Han River, along the two-lanes from the “ Han River” side, along the two-lanes of the said road.
