Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around one lane in front of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 14, 2014; (b) on the ground that the victim C (56 years of age) was a vehicle involved in the accident while driving a D taxi; and (c) the Defendant refused the passengers of the Defendant, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering door of the victim’s taxi in the traffic signal while driving another taxi; and (b) prevented the taxi from departing.

The defendant continued to take a bath to a police officer who was dispatched so that the victim is prevented from driving the taxi.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's taxi business by force for about 10 minutes.

2. At around 21:40 on May 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s slope E, a police officer called “this Chewing brue,” on the ground that the victim’s slope E, a police officer dispatched, did not handle the report according to his/her own intent, in front of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and (b) C and jus, a taxi engineer, as described in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
