A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant was unable to obtain a small amount of loan as a bad credit holder, and the Defendant received a request from friendly job offering B to demand jobs by asking jobs from friendly job offering B, with the intent to obtain a resident registration abstract, etc. and received a loan in the name of B, on the pretext of the necessity for employment.
