A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

However, in fact, Defendant A and F provided the above vehicle to the bond company with a loan without any particular assets or profits in excess of the debt amount, and did not have the intent or ability to repay the loan. As such, Defendant A and F did not have any intent or ability to preserve the right to collateral security of the victimized company because they transferred the above vehicle to the bond company.

Defendant

A and F, as above, deceiving the employees in charge of loans of the victimized company, and they were given KRW 90 million from the above employees in charge of loans on the same day.
