1. On June 7, 2010, the Defendant, through employees I, sent to the victim a copy of the contract he prepared with the Defendant as if it were an official sales contract with the U.S. headquarters, which had obtained approval from the U.S. headquarters, e-mail. On July 6, 2010, the Defendant prepared a joint contract with the victim who visited Indonesia on an interim inspection on July 6, 2010, followed the victim a copy of the housing lease contract with the store rent of 1.2 billion U.S. dollars (at the time, the exchange rate of Ruia at the rate of eight U.S.) and the total amount of the construction contract was 720 million U.S. dollars and a copy of the interior contract.
However, in fact, the victim agreed to establish an official store that can be supplied with a new product at a low price and received investment by putting the cost of opening the store in excess of US$300,00,000, but did not have any intention or ability to open a multiple store where the cost of opening the store is much smaller than the cost of opening the store. The above J did not have any intention or ability to contribute to 10,000 US dollars out of the cost of opening the store.
