Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to build, extend, rebuild, rebuild or remove and dismantle buildings or other structures, other than park projects, within an area of a national park shall obtain permission therefor from the park management authority.

Nevertheless, on May 2012, the Defendant installed 3 meters wide, 2.4 meters high and 2.4 meters high and 2.4 meters high in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, a natural environment district in a park in the North Korean National Park, without permission from the park management authority.
